Stephanie Allen is the owner of the SYNERGY HomeCare Southeast Texas office. Ms. Allen joined SYNERGY HomeCare in January of 2009 and has built a very successful office over the past nine years. SYNERGY HomeCare now has seven locations in the Houston/Beaumont region. Ms. Allen also owns and operates the SYNERGY HomeCare in League City, TX. Prior to her entrepreneurial venture into SYNERGY HomeCare, Ms. Allen was a Paramedic and Registered Nurse in a local hospital specializing in emergency care.

Specialties: Ms. Allen is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Paramedic with a degree from San Jacinto College North and Lamar State College. After graduating from the Paramedic program in 2000, Ms. Allen went to work as a 911 Paramedic in Beaumont, Texas. Ms. Allen spent three years in emergency medicine while pursuing a degree as a Registered Nurse. Ms. Allen worked as a Registered Nurse in a local level one trauma center. While working in the emergency department Ms. Allen came across many people and their families that would require assistance once they were discharged home or possibly while they were in the hospital. Perhaps a sudden illness, trauma or cancer had touched their lives and they needed somebody to be there for them. Regardless of the situation, we have all been in some sort of position where help is needed and with SYNERGY HomeCare as a resource you now have somewhere to turn and people to help.
Ms. Allen was recognized as a leader and was named outstanding Southeast Texan 40 under 40 in 2014, Trademark Women of Distinction Honor in 2018, serves as the National Alzheimer's Ambassador for her area and is a graduate of the Leadership Beaumont Program. Ms. Allen also was nominated to serve on the Franchise Advisory Council for Synergy HomeCare. Ms. Allen is on several boards for local charities and is an advocate of volunteerism.

We currently coordinate care with local healthcare providers at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital, Memorial Herman Baptist Hospital, and the Southeast Texas Medical Center.


We are also strong advocates for your care options in the Southeast Texas community. We participate in the Beaumont Area Agency on Aging (AAA), the Houston and Galveston AAA, the Veterans Administration and Beaumont Chamber of Commerce.<
